2 Create the empty file
Open a new file and save it with its name in the file
format *.html
3 Edit the empty file
To fill the file with all the information of the final
page without saving it:
To all the previous one it is possible to be given to one better presentation, applying different colors, styles of lines, etc.
4 Adapt the different types from information
from format HTML
Before you safe the file it is necessary to adapt
certain type of information to format *.html:
Titles of different format, for example created with
WordArt.
These titles must be converted from the text format
to the image format *.jpg. Therefore
these signboards in the Layout of the final page will be able to be seen
that is the HTML, programming language of the Internet. This can be obtained
for example with print screen of the selected area. Then you cut out the
part needed and they save like a new file in the image format *.jpg.
All the manipulations of the drawing (to trim, to
save like new file, to edit the colors, etc.) they are possible to be done
for example with Paint, a tool of Windows. This guarantees a perfect incorporation
of the images in the layout of the page (total uniformity of the background).
5 Texts
The texts do not need any type modification.
6 Drawings
All the Drawings (for example directly created in
this page) are necessary to convert to the image format *.
jpg. This can be obtained for example with print screen of the
selected area. Soon cut the part needed and save it like new file in the
image format *.jpg. All the manipulations
of the Drawing (to trim, to save like new file, etc.) they are possible
to be done for example with Paint, a tool of Windows. This guarantees a
perfect incorporation of the images in layout of the page (total uniformity
of the background).
7 ClipArts
Selecting a ClipArt file in the library of MS Office
(for example) is placed the ClipArt in this file (news_01.htm
for example) and the ClipArt file is saved automatically in the directory
of the file Web news_01.htm, corresponding
to the drawing.
This ClipArt image cannot be moved and be placed freely
in another position.
8 Move freely a ClipArt in layout of the
Web page:
For this exist 2 possibilities :
Take from the ClipArt in his position of a print screen.
Edit it with Paint and save it as image file *.jpg.
Now can be inserted it like any photo with greater possibilities of positioning
it with respect to the general layout of the Web page. Leave the ClipArt
with its original characteristics in the layout of the Web page.
Option 1, with total freedom to place the ClipArt in
where it is.

9 Photos
Selecting a file of Photo in any library or data base
is placed the Photo in this file (news_01.htm)
and the file of the Photo corresponding to the drawing is put automatically,
in the directory of the Web file news_01.htm.
This will maintain the link between the Photo and
the Web page. This image of Photo can be moved and be placed with greater
facility when format of image is edited with the tools of Word (/ Adjustment
/ etc....).

10 Edit Imagenes and Fotos
Any modification is necessary to make in the different
menus from the application Format of image. Do never modify the image directly
with the mouse in the layaout of the Web page. The size of the image can
also be modified directly with the program Notepad of Windows and soon
to review the change with the Internet Explorer, pressing the icon Reload
(to update or refresh the screen).
Sometimes the real size of the image appears only in the Web page of the Explorer.
